Through guided dialogue, we explore your thoughts, patterns, and current challenges with clarity and focus. Depending on what feels more supportive, the session can include either breathwork or sound, allowing the body to settle and supporting emotional release and deeper awareness.

1:1 Integrative Counselling, Breathwork & Sound Bath
A structured and immersive 3-hour session combining reflective dialogue, breathwork, and sound.We begin with guided dialogue to explore what is present, your thoughts, emotional landscape, and current challenges. This creates a clear starting point for the session. From there, we move into breathwork, working directly with the body to support release and regulation. The session closes with sound, allowing space for integration and a more settled state.

Group Session
Group Sessions are guided collective experiences that combine breathwork, sound baths, and practices for authentic connection. Each session may include sharing circles, cacao, and creative or expressive elements such as art, depending on the format. The focus is on supporting presence in the body, emotional awareness, and connection with others in a structured and safe group setting. These sessions offer a space to slow down, express, and reconnect, both individually and within a group field.
